CHILDREN. The Web Site is not intended for children and we do not solicit, collect or intentionally retain any Data relating to children. Within Maison Lemarié : To the extent permitted by law and taking into account the protection of your rights and freedoms with regard to the processing of your Data, and the consent you have given (where applicable), your Data will only be accessible to a limited and defined number of recipients who need to know it in the context of their duties: only Maison Lemarié employees working in teams that need to hold your information will have access to your Data.

We may transfer your Data to another legal entity as part of a collaboration, joint venture, corporate reorganization, change of legal form or other similar event, and to provide you with the best possible service. In the event of a merger or sale, your Data will be permanently transferred to the successor company.
