Important general notice: When we collect Data through forms, we indicate mandatory fields with asterisks. If you do not provide the data marked with an asterisk, Maison Lemarié will not be able to process your Data in accordance with this policy and may prevent you from accessing our services. When you provide Data, please ensure that it is accurate and do not transmit any sensitive data such as information about your health, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, information about your sex life or sexual orientation, your racial or ethnic origin, or any content that is not expressly requested by a questionnaire or any other collection method (such as commercial information, advertising, personal creations, ideas or concepts).

CHILDREN. The Web Site is not intended for children and we do not solicit, collect or intentionally retain any Data relating to children. If you believe that we may possess Children’s Data, please contact us. Should we inadvertently collect such information, the minor’s legal representative may exercise the minor’s rights in his or her name and on his or her behalf at any time.

D. TO WHOM MAY WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA?

Within Maison Lemarié : To the extent permitted by law and taking into account the protection of your rights and freedoms with regard to the processing of your Data, and the consent you have given (where applicable), your Data will only be accessible to a limited and defined number of recipients who need to know it in the context of their duties: only Maison Lemarié employees working in teams that need to hold your information will have access to your Data.

We may transfer your Data to another legal entity as part of a collaboration, joint venture, corporate reorganization, change of legal form or other similar event, and to provide you with the best possible service. In the event of a merger or sale, your Data will be permanently transferred to the successor company.

F. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We may retain your Data for as long as necessary to provide the services of the Web Site.

Your Data will be kept in particular until your last use of the Web Site, and in principle for up to ten years thereafter, unless local laws require us to keep it longer or for a shorter period, or if we have a legitimate and legal interest in doing so.

Maison Lemarié respects the retention periods imposed by the laws and regulations in force. If your data is no longer required to provide a service or if you no longer wish to be added to our newsletter or event mailing list, your data will be deleted or archived anonymously or under a pseudonym in order to comply with current regulations.
